LOTV Robin

Afternoon Everyone,

This is a quick card I made with one of the new Christmas LOTV stamps.  It's fairly plain as I seemed to have been short on ideas at the time and wanted to keep it fairly flat for posting.

I've coloured him with copics and used an old pre-printed sentiment (I think from craftwork cards, but not sure).  Papers used are Nitwit collections.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

Winter Wonderland - Use Ribbon, twine or lace
Sir Stampalot - Anything Goes
C.R.A.F.T. - Christmas
Penny Black at Allsorts - All Creatures Great and Small
Fab n Funky - Anything Goes
Christmas at Sweet Stampin - Anything Goes

I hope you all have a good weekend.  We're going to York to visit relatives and out for a meal.

Morning Everyone

It's time for another challenge at As You Like It and this fortnight's theme is to showcase a project using your favourite embellishment (and don't forget to tell us why it's your favourite please).

I have made a baby card for my daughter's friend and although I love all the usual embellishments, i.e. flowers, pearls etc., another of my favourites are the heart shaped doilies.  I love them, they are so pretty, quick and easy to use without adding bulk to a card.

I have used a LOTV image coloured with copics and the papers are First Edition. The sentiment is also LOTV and I've added clear glitter with a Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to the balloon, stars and bow.

The sponsor for this challenge is

so if you'd like to pop over to the new challenge here you'll be able to see the lovely projects from the rest of the team.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

Noor Design - Anything Goes
Dream Valley - Anything Goes
CCC Digi Creations - Buttons and/or Bows
Crafting By Designs - Anything Goes
The Crafty Addicts - Anything Goes/Girly
The Paper Shelter - Blooming Days

I hope you have a good weekend and thank you for visiting, it is much appreciated, and I do love to read any comments you may leave.

Morning Everyone

I hope you've had a good weekend.

I have a little card to share with you today and I do mean little.  It is just over 4 inches, and was super quick to make.  I might do a few more like this.

I had another play with my Reindeer Games stamp set.  I think these reindeer are so cute!  I coloured this little one up and added 2 of the extras you get with the set.  I die cut them out and stuck them onto the stitched circle.

I matted him onto a scrap of red card and then searched through my christmas oddments to find a suitable piece for the the stitched banner from Creative Expressions.

I embossed my fave Merry Christmas sentiment in silver, added glossy accents to his nose and that's it!

I hope you like.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

ABC Christmas - Q for quick
Addicted to Stamps & More - Holiday
Crafty Friends - Christmas in July
Pixie's Snippets Playground - 293/4
Sir Stampalot - Anything Goes
The Crafty Addicts - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting and I love to read your comments, they are much appreciated.
